CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING CENTRE
The cross-country skiing centre, in Santa Caterina Valfurva, close to the ski track is located in the building called "Centro La Fonte". The centre, also close to the chair lift and the ski stadium at the bottom of the Cevedale ski slope, offers ample parking facilities, bar and restaurant facilities, a children’s play area, and a well equipped ski school area.
The centre is the school headquarters for the S. Caterina Valfurva cross-country ski school, it offers a hire service for equipment, it has spacious rooms available for cross-country track users; comfortable heated male and female changing rooms, an indoor waxing area offering the opportunity for skiers to prepare their own equipment and a ski and equipment storage area.
The hiring service offers the most updated equipment, for the practise of classic and skating technique at various levels. The technical assistance offered is by specialised staff under the supervision of a cross-country ski instructor who is available for consultation on any of your needs. The centre is open non-stop from 08.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m..
